We are currently seeking experienced Recruiting Professionals with expertise in Engineering and Non-IT staffing for ITCO’s Workforce Services Team. You will recruit for accounts globally across diverse industries, including manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, healthcare, and professional services.

Ideal recruiters must be able to work 8–5 PST and have access to fast internet and a computer with a camera / mic. You must be professional, highly organized, confident, and very customer service-focused. This position requires excellent communication and solid teamwork at all times.

Must Haves

• 4+ years of Engineering and Non-IT recruitment experience (manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, sales, or related fields).
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and manage candidate pipelines.
• Excellent sourcing and engagement techniques using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Familiarity with hiring for mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for finance, operations, HR, and professional services positions.
• Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers).
• Current US phone service and reliable internet.
