Job Description

At SmartQ, we follow a simple but effective premise : "Focus on the responsibilities and everything else will follow. We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will assist our marketing and creative departments in producing visual content that communicates our brand effectively and engagingly. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design while contributing to a variety of projects.

What you will be doing :

• Gather and evaluate Product requirements in collaboration from the internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design posters, brochures and manuals for the company.
• Create original graphic designs (eg. images, sketches and tables) using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Assist in developing templates and style guides for presentation materials.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images or brand guidelines.
• Continuously improve the existing designs bringing the best possible output.
