Key Responsibilities
Daily functioning of Registry Job i.e.1.
Documents Maintenance and filing2.
Issue of certificates (Bonafide / TC / Migration / NOC etc.)3.
Issue of letters to embassy for Visa's4.
Data Maintaining5.
Issue of Grade sheets and maintaining the Records6.
Drafting of Minutes of Conferences of apex body meetings.7.
Maintaining the record of the seals of the university.8.
Issue of disciplinary awards to students as given out by the disciplinary committee.9.
Issue of compliance letters.10.
Drafting of letters to the state govt & UGC & MHRD11.
Good communication skills, typing, and writing skills.12.
Maintaining all the documents with regard to the publication of various committees, boards and academic calendars etc.13.
Clearance formalities of students.14.
Knowledge about the conduct of convocation.15.
Issue of degrees, Medals, and provisional certificates.16.
Good Liaison with all offices.
Preferred Candidature : Preferably the BSc / B.Com / BA candidates who have experience with the Registrar's Office / any administrative office of educational institution not less than 2 years of experience.Qualification minimum graduation with good knowledge of computersMS office|ExelSharp uptake.
