Sales Officer (Immediate Start)

Job descriptionIdentify, develop, and maintain relationships with retailers, pharmacies, baby specialty stores, maternity shops, and other relevant trade outlets. Ensure adequate product availability in assigned areas (traditional & modern trade). Increase penetration in under-served areas. Execute in-store promotions, product displays, demos if applicable. Ensure compliance to brand standards in shelf display, placement, packaging visibility. Provide feedback from trade and customers to the marketing team. Build long-term trust with customers, provide product information and respond to queries or complaints. Train outlet staff / sales agents on product features, usage, benefits (especially for mother & child care products). Keep track of competitor products, pricing, offers, promotions in the territory. Report on market trends, consumer preferences especially relevant to maternity, newborn, infants categories. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly call plans and sales reports. Conduct field visits, meetings with trade partners. Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, outstanding debts. Coordinate with internal teams - marketing, supply chain, finance. Mentor and guide junior sales staff or promoter teams if assigned.

Job Purpose
To drive sales for the Mother & Child Care product line under the Luvalp brand in the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, enhancing market penetration, building strong relationships with trade partners, and ensuring brand visibility.
