Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes daily communication with prospects and clients, presenting the company's offerings, and supporting the sales team in driving growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients effectively Excellent Communication skills to deliver clear and impactful messages to clients and team members Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and build long-term relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
