3. Strong Communication Skills

You Will Intern Under an Expert Franchise Development Manager
You will assist your manager in franchise closures and gain real, hands-on sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and sell franchise opportunities from leading national and regional brands.
Advise entrepreneurs and match them with best-fit franchise models.
Conduct virtual meetings, negotiate, and close franchise deals across India.
Build strong client relationships for repeat business.
Maintain sales reports on Excel and coordinate efficiently with the FranchiseBazar team.
What You Will Learn (and Need to Bring)
Powerful consultative selling & negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial thinking across multiple business categories
Fluency in English + Hindi, and ideally one regional language
Ability to understand investments, business plans, and franchise models
