Job descriptionDevelop GRC Solutions with minimal supervision. Prepare and maintain solution documentation, configuration logs, and user guides. Maintain a high standard of quality and adhere to established technical and security standards. Work closely with business analysts, end users, and process owners to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and propose solutions. Coordinate with developers, QA analysts, and other IT functions to ensure cohesive and effective end-to-end solution delivery. Participate in testing support, defect triage, and provide post-deployment troubleshooting and user support. Review incidents & requests raised by eGRC users and ensure resolution within defined SLA.
