About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Executive with 3-5 years of experience in skincare and color cosmetics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with formulation development and excited to contribute to innovative beauty products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize formulations for skincare and cosmetic products (e.g., creams, serums, lipsticks, foundations, etc.)
• Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product performance and shelf-life
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concept ideas to life
• Research and evaluate new raw materials and ingredient technologies
• Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations (BIS, FDA, etc.)
• Support scale-up, pilot batches, and production coordination with manufacturing units
• Maintain detailed documentation and technical records
