👩🏻‍💻 Role : Psychologist / Therapist (Full Time & Part-time | On-site, Pune)

📈 Experience : Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on therapy practice (mandatory)

📍 Location : Law College Road, Pune (No remote or online options available)

💼 Job Type : Part-time / Full-time (On-Site only)

📌 Vacancies : 2 Full-time | 3 Part-time

💰 Salary

  • Part-time : ₹20,000–₹35,000 / month (based on therapy expertise, experience, and qualifications)
  • Full-time : ₹40,000–₹70,000 / month (based on therapy expertise, experience, and qualifications)
  • Incentives : Substantial performance-linked incentives

About the Role

You will be providing counseling and therapy for a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioural, and relationship issues , using structured, evidence-based approaches. You’re perfect for this role if you :

  • Hold a Master’s in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (M.Phil / Ph.D / RCI preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bring 3+ years of hands-on therapy experience
  • Are empathetic, professional, and client-focused
  • Believe in structured and ethical methods of care
