• Plan and prepare borehole logging programs by selecting appropriate logging tools and techniques based on geological objectives and available equipment.
• Conduct fieldwork at drilling sites to supervise the deployment of logging tools and ensure accurate acquisition of geophysical data, primarily wireline logging.
• Analyze and interpret geophysical data to identify subsurface formations, lithology, fluid content, and other relevant geological parameters.
• Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing findings, interpretations, and recommendations based on borehole logging results.
• Coordinate with statutory authorities for obtaining and renewing licenses related to the safe storage, operation, and maintenance of radioactive sources and geophysical tools.
• Organize and support other geophysical surveys such as seismic, electrical resistivity, and magnetic surveys as required across exploration sites.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of geophysical equipment to ensure data accuracy and operational safety.
• Stay updated with advancements in borehole logging technologies, geophysical exploration techniques, and data processing methods.
• Manage and maintain geophysical databases for coal and mineral exploration projects.
• Conduct technical due diligence for coal and mineral properties, evaluating geological data, resource potential, and exploration feasibility.

Essential : Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Geophysics or Applied Geophysics, with demonstrated proficiency in borehole log data processing using WellCAD software.

Desired : Knowledge of surface and airborne geophysical survey techniques such as seismic, magnetic, and electrical resistivity methods, along with familiarity with geological logging.

Experience : Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in geophysical exploration and borehole logging.
