Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Assist in identifying potential clients through research and various online platforms.
Customer Outreach : Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media to introduce our products and services.
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
Data Management : Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Event Participation : Support in organizing and participating in webinars, workshops, and other promotional events.
Customer Support : Provide basic customer support and address inquiries related to our products and services.

Requirements :

Education : Recently completed a Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.

Motivation : Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.

Research Skills : Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data.

Interest in Aesthetics : A keen interest in the medical aesthetics industry is a plus.
