Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a ServiceNow Freelance Trainer, based in Chennai with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Trainer will conduct training sessions, create and deliver course materials, and provide mentorship to learners. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lectures, customizing course content to meet diverse learner needs, and staying updated with the latest trends in ServiceNow and related technology domains. Collaboration with other instructors and optimizing learner outcomes will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Information Technology with expertise in ServiceNow Administration and Development
• Experience in Teaching, Training, or Lecturing in a professional or academic setting
• Skills in Software Development related to ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage learners effectively
• Flexibility in managing hybrid teaching models and working in a collaborative environment
• Prior experience with ServiceNow certification training is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
