Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students to explain available courses, admission processes, and career opportunities.
• Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right academic programs.
• Maintain and update enquiry records, follow up regularly, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Work consistently to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets set by the management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing departments for smooth admission operations.
• Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and conversion trends.
