Job Description :
8 - 10 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party connectors .
Develop custom APIs and maintain seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external applications.
Ensure integrations align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
Workflow Automation Customization :
Utilize ServiceNow AppEngine and Creator Studio to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes .
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules , including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB , to align with business requirements.
Design and implement automated workflows to minimize manual effort and improve process efficiency .
Data Management Optimization :
Analyze, map, and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency .
Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability .
Testing, Documentation Continuous Improvement :
Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations and workflows, resolving defects promptly.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, custom applications, and workflows.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, integration capabilities, and automation tools to drive continuous improvement
Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD & Integrtion, Employee workflow modules, Employee life cycle journey.
Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, Glide Record, etc
Mainline Certifications would be added advantage :
ServiceNow Administration certification
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
ServiceNow Certified Application developer
Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources
