Job descriptionMin 5 years’ experience in Commercial deal closing function, closing document preparation and review across Bilateral & Syndicated Loans Understandingof Lending lifecyclewith excellent understanding of Loan Agreements, Security agreements and other loan documents Excellent knowledge in Finastra LaserPro and AFSvision Good Understanding of loan documentation, closing procedures, and core banking systems. Good understanding of Project Management principles Excellent written and strong business communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders Client Management skills Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
Loan Operations (AFS / LaserPro)- Associate / Senior Associate / Delivery Lead / Manager - Loan Operations (US Shift- 6 : 30 PM- 3 : 30 AM, Work from office)
Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and project management for its Lending Services team based in Gurgaon.
Notice Period- 0-60 days (Preferred)

Responsibilities
- Loan Closing & Documentation
- Generate loan documents for all product types (New, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions) using LaserPro
- Review signed documentation and validate loan closing items.
- Complete and validate Closing Instructions (CI) for BHG, Equipment Leasing, and Warehouse loans.
- Record and maintain tickler items for post-closing follow-up.
- Loan Funding & Boarding
- Perform loan boarding / booking activities including Standby Letters of Credit (LC) into the core system – AFS Vision
- Execute fund disbursement for all loan types in accordance with approved instructions.
- Post-Closing & Compliance
- Maintain vault files and ensure proper documentation storage.
- Scan and archive signed loan documents, Credit Closing Records (CCRs), and other relevant materials etc.
