Deputy Manager F & A -Plant

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the entire Finance & Accounts function at the plant .
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Implement and control costing systems , standard costing, and cost variance analysis.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and automation initiatives.
• Liaise with corporate finance, operations, and other functional heads for financial planning and strategy.
• Monitor working capital, cash flows, and support capex planning for plant operations.
