As a founding engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping our backend systems, working closely with our founders to deliver features that make a tangible impact. To succeed in this role, you should have :

• 4–8 years of experience in backend software engineering.
• A strong builder mindset – ideally ex-founder / CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Flask).
• Top-tier university background.

Nice-to-have : Experience in fintech, ERP / accounting systems, or AI infrastructure.
