Location : Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Shift Timings : 7 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM (U.S Shift) Mon - Fri

100% Onsite Role

Experience Required : 0.5 – 4 years

Job Summary :

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses (RNs), Physicians, Allied Health Professionals, Medical Technicians, CNA, LPN, Therapists and Support Staff.
• Conduct detailed screening of candidates’ credentials, licenses, certifications, and experience to ensure regulatory eligibility.
• Coordinate and manage the credentialing process including verification of :
• Nursing and medical licenses (state, national, and specialty)
• Certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CNA, RRT, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge of credentialing and compliance standards; stay updated on :
• State medical and nursing board regulations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing → screening → coordinating interviews → offer negotiation → onboarding.
• Maintain candidate profiles and documentation in the ATS and credentialing databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles.
• Audit and track expiring licenses and certifications to ensure compliance.
