Role Overview
The Operations Finance Analyst will support the Operations Finance Lead in reporting, analysis, and decision-making related to manufacturing and operations. The role will involve budgeting, forecasting, cost and inventory analysis, and evaluation of capital investments to drive operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and variance commentary for operations.
Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for manufacturing sites.
Analyze cost structures, production variances, and inventory trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Assist in evaluating capital expenditure proposals and post-investment reviews.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across SAP and reporting systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting tools.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to a manufacturing or operations finance environment will be an advantage.
Experience : 1–3 years
Qualification : MBA (Tier I / II) in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA)
