VIP Service - (Customer service + Renewals)

Description

We are looking for a VIP Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience with renewals. The role involves interacting with VIP clients, providing high-quality customer service, and managing renewals.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with VIP clients to provide exceptional customer service.
• Managing renewals and ensuring timely payments.
• Communicating with clients to provide updates and status reports.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and renewals.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

VIP Service - (Customer service + Renewals)

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer service + Sales / upsell / renewals.

Need Excellent English communication.

Language required- Marathi + Hindi + English excellent communication

Nightshift - 7 (Only males)

Qualification- HSC passed.

Salary- 25k - 35 IH - depends on the last drawn + On payroll + Incentives + Night allowances (Only for male)

2 Rotational week off / Rotational day shift

For Males - Age - 24 years to 37

For Females - Age 24 to 42
