What You’ll Do :
Outbound Communication :
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and book demo appointments.
- Engage and follow up with customers via WhatsApp to share product / demo information and finalize bookings.
Demo Coordination & Allocation :
Allocate demos to field demo specialists based on their geographical zones.Monitor demo schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization.Inbound Query Handling :
Manage incoming WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls from customers.Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses to address customer needs.Data Management :
Maintain up-to-date records of calls, bookings, and interactions in CRM systems.Use Google Sheets to track, update, and report key metrics related to demos and customer engagement.What We’re Looking For :
1–4years of experience in customer support, coordination, or telesales roles.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business platforms.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.Experience in managing field staff or logistical coordination is a bonus.Why Join Us?
