What You’ll Do :

Outbound Communication :

  • Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and book demo appointments.
  • Engage and follow up with customers via WhatsApp to share product / demo information and finalize bookings.

Demo Coordination & Allocation :

  • Allocate demos to field demo specialists based on their geographical zones.
  • Monitor demo schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Inbound Query Handling :

  • Manage incoming WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls from customers.
  • Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses to address customer needs.
  • Data Management :

  • Maintain up-to-date records of calls, bookings, and interactions in CRM systems.
  • Use Google Sheets to track, update, and report key metrics related to demos and customer engagement.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • 1–4years of experience in customer support, coordination, or telesales roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in managing field staff or logistical coordination is a bonus.
