Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, foster strategic business partnerships, and drive account growth. The role involves business planning, implementing account strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. The candidate will also utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities and effectively meet client needs while representing Symbo's mission and values.
