Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, foster strategic business partnerships, and drive account growth. The role involves business planning, implementing account strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. The candidate will also utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities and effectively meet client needs while representing Symbo's mission and values.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Expertise in Business Planning and strategic account development
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the insurance or technology industry is an advantage
  • Exposure to BFSI, lending, fintech, or SaaS (Insurance / Insurtech experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across CXO and functional teams
  • A structured and consultative mindset with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
