The Role :

As our Content & Brand Strategist, you will be the strategic mind and creative director behind our content. You are not expected to be a hands-on video editor or graphic designer; rather, your strength lies in your vision, your ability to provide clear direction, great visual teand your skill in giving constructive feedback to our creative team. You will work directly with our founder, Damin Singh Sahni, to build his personal brand as an industry authority and solidify Off the Rack as a premier destination for fashion and retail intelligence. A strong belief in leveraging AI to augment creativity and efficiency is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Strategy & Planning :

• Develop and execute a sophisticated content strategy for our YouTube and Instagram channels.
• Identify target audiences and research compelling topics within the retail and fashion sectors.
• Build and manage a flexible content calendar, focusing on a consistent output of high-quality educational and entertainment content.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, retail landscape analysis, and audience interests to ensure our content is timely, credible, and insightful.
• Write compelling, well-structured scripts for content, translating complex retail concepts into accessible and engaging narratives.
