Role Summary

We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into high-quality, globally impactful visual content. The role is pivotal in designing digital assets that engage audiences, strengthen brand presence, and advance the organization’s mission to make education more accessible and inspiring worldwide.

This position is ideal for a designer who blends creative excellence with technical mastery, understands brand storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital marketing creatives, social media visuals, eBooks, infographics, presentations, and product collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and leadership teams to conceptualize and deliver visually compelling campaigns across global markets.
• Create and maintain consistent visual branding aligned with the organization’s global identity and values.
• Adapt creative assets for platform-specific formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, etc.).
• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and globally relevant visual narratives.
• Develop and manage design systems, templates, iconography, and asset libraries.
• Stay current with global design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and engagement.
