Role Description
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting, tax reporting, and internal controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to maintain financial stability.
- Collaborate with management to evaluate business initiatives, cost structures, and investment opportunities.
- Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools for greater efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Strong communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional judgment.Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.Skills Required
