Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversion. Core tasks include managing paid advertising channels, analyzing campaign performance, monitoring ROI, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and refining strategies for continuous improvement. The role will involve leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and ensuring alignment with business objectives to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other paid channels.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance measurement platforms.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Understanding of audience targeting, A / B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and meeting performance metrics and Revenue / ROI goals.

Experience in SEO and content marketing to complement paid campaigns is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field preferred but not mandatory if backed by proven experience.
