Job descriptionProven experience in BPO hiring, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment Strong understanding of voice, non-voice, and support role requirements Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for BPO operations across multiple functions and levels
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Drive sourcing efforts through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from screening to offer rollout and onboarding
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
- Maintain compliance with hiring policies, diversity goals, and labor regulations
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the BPO industry
