Role Overview

As a Research Analyst at First Chatter, you will transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Your job is to decode media, social, and market chatter — turning it into clear, contextual insights that help business leaders anticipate risks, spot opportunities, and make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor brand, competitor, customer, and policy-related chatter across media and social sources.
• Identify emerging issues, trends, and strategic signals.
• Connect data points into narratives that explain what it means for client business outcomes.
• Produce branded reports and briefs (First Alerts, First Lens, First Signals, etc.).
• Collaborate with Data Managers to refine source coverage and analysis quality.
