Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Identify and target potential clients within the HORECA segment, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Present product offerings and recommend tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements in alignment with company policies.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the HORECA industry.Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, provide product updates, and gather feedback.Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt responses to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.Business Development
Identify new business opportunities to expand market share within the HORECA sector.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote the brand and generate leads.Product Knowledge & Promotion
Develop a deep understanding of the company's product range and its applications in the HORECA industry.Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for clients to showcase product benefits.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely product availability.Reporting & Analytics : Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and maintain updated records of client interactions in CRM systems.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions when necessary.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.2-5 years of sales experience in the HORECA industry or FMCG / Foodservice sector.Strong understanding of the foodservice and hospitality industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
