Key Responsibilities
- International Voice Support : Handle inbound and / or outbound calls from global customers with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Relationship Management : Build rapport with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring a polite, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve customer queries, complaints, or technical issues efficiently.
- Data Integrity : Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- KPI Management : Consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks, including Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality scores.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience : Minimum 1+ year of experience in an International Voice process (BPO / KPO).Language Proficiency : Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. A neutral or adaptable accent is highly preferred.On-site Commitment : Must be willing to work from our physical office location daily.Shift Flexibility : Ability to work in a 24 / 7 environment, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to align with international time zones.Technical Savvy : Proficiency in CRM software (like Salesforce or Zendesk) and basic MS Office.What We Offer
