1. Oversee cash flow, project costing, and working capital to ensure smooth execution of solar EPC projects.

2. Manage financial planning, budgeting, MIS, and cost-optimization initiatives across all departments.

3. Monitor project-wise profitability, vendor payments, and client billing cycles to maintain healthy margins.

4. Ensure compliance with GST, ROC, audits, bank covenants, and financial regulations.

5. Lead banking relationships for fund raising, OD / CC, BG / LC, and negotiate better financial terms.

6. Build financial controls, improve internal processes, and advise management on strategic growth decisions.
