MonoSpear Technologies - Appian Developer - BPM Implementation

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and certified Appian Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian low-code platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building complex workflows, integrations, and user interfaces, with a strong understanding of BPM best practices and Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop Appian applications, interfaces, and workflows to support business requirements.
• Build scalable, reusable components and objects within the Appian platform.
• Implement complex process models, business rules, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Integrate Appian solutions with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, databases, and other enterprise services.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability of solutions.
• Follow Appian and enterprise coding standards, governance, and deployment practices.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing Appian applications.
