Job Description :
5 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Applications E-Business Suite.
- Candidate should have experience in Production support.
- Worked on General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Order Management and Trade Purchasing for support issues
- Should be having good working knowledge on General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Order Management and Trade Purchasing.
- Understanding Inventory and Work in progress is a plus
- Experience in supporting Month / Quarter / Year End activity
- Should have Process knowledge of P2P and O2C with Accounting
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of any other financial modules or value chain modules is a plus.
- Experience in implementation project is preferable
- Support production Issues
- Support Month / Quarter / Year End activity
- Collect and analyze business requirements for support issues
- Work with BSA to understand business requirements
- Help Developers understand business requirements
- Testing of Technical component / Processes before handover to BSA / Business
- Worked with Oracle Support team.
- Assist in testing and implementation of CRs of above modules according to the business requirements.
- Respond to the customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business specifications.
- Resolve Oracle related queries & issues of customer in a timely fashion.
