Role Overview

We are seeking a

Graphic & Motion Design Associate

who is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about visual storytelling. In this role, you will work closely work with our Graphic Designer to execute high quality creatives across both static and motion formats.

This is an

execution-focused role , where you will bring concepts and storyboards to life with pixel-perfect deliverables across digital and offline platforms while maintaining brand consistency at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Adapt and create social media assets from existing master creatives.

Design performance ads for social platforms.

Develop print-ready materials for offline marketing.

Maintain brand consistency across multiple formats and platforms.

Animate teasers, countdowns, and short-form content for social media & e-commerce.

Create motion graphics with animated text, transitions, and effects aligned with brand tone.

Edit YouTube videos, campaign films, and social cutdowns.

Add captions, overlays, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

Reformat videos for multiple aspect ratios & platforms.

Stay updated with design trends, AI innovations, and new-age tools to elevate creative output.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience

2–4 years

of professional experience in Static, Video Editing & Motion Design,

preferably in the food and beverage industry or related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing

Static design, Video Editing, and Motion Graphics.

Proficiency in

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (basics of Canva).

Solid grasp of composition, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.

Interest / experience in Food & Beverage, Nutrition, Fitness, or Lifestyle sectors (preferred).

Familiarity with AI-generated design, video, and motion tools (plus).

Knowledge of print production processes and specifications is a plus
