Responsibilities (Simplified)
- Regularly check how ad campaigns are performing and find ways to improve and grow them.
- Look into any campaign issues such as low performance, data mismatches (like impressions, clicks, conversions), fraud or brand safety problems, tag setup errors, or creative and third-party integration issues.
- Give technical guidance on setting up tracking tags, choosing goals, improving performance and delivery, using best practices, and ensuring smooth campaign setup.
- Help internal teams and clients by solving technical problems related to the advertising platform.
- Quickly respond to and share updates about issues, keeping Sales, Product, and Engineering teams informed until problems are fixed.
- Offer great customer support through clear and timely communication.
- Understand the company’s advertising products well and help clients choose the best options for their needs.
Requirements (Simplified)
At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a client-facing role supporting a tech or ad platform.Strong knowledge of ad servers, integrations, and tracking tags; basic experience with coding languages like JavaScript or HTML.Basic understanding of simple statistical concepts like average or median.Ability to write and adjust SQL queries to pull data for troubleshooting.Great attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
