Responsibilities (Simplified)

  • Regularly check how ad campaigns are performing and find ways to improve and grow them.
  • Look into any campaign issues such as low performance, data mismatches (like impressions, clicks, conversions), fraud or brand safety problems, tag setup errors, or creative and third-party integration issues.
  • Give technical guidance on setting up tracking tags, choosing goals, improving performance and delivery, using best practices, and ensuring smooth campaign setup.
  • Help internal teams and clients by solving technical problems related to the advertising platform.
  • Quickly respond to and share updates about issues, keeping Sales, Product, and Engineering teams informed until problems are fixed.
  • Offer great customer support through clear and timely communication.
  • Understand the company’s advertising products well and help clients choose the best options for their needs.

Requirements (Simplified)

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a client-facing role supporting a tech or ad platform.
  • Strong knowledge of ad servers, integrations, and tracking tags; basic experience with coding languages like JavaScript or HTML.
  • Basic understanding of simple statistical concepts like average or median.
  • Ability to write and adjust SQL queries to pull data for troubleshooting.
  • Great attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
