We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Systems Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join the Corporate team of our hospital chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of purchasing processes across Pharmacy, General Purchases, and Capital Expenditure (Capex) purchases. This role is critical in defining system requirements and supporting the implementation of purchasing systems that enhance operational efficiency and compliance within our healthcare supply chain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with procurement, pharmacy, finance, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed system requirements for purchase functions including Pharmacy, General, and Capex purchases.
- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of purchasing systems to meet functional needs and ensure alignment with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain master data integrity related to purchasing and contracts within enterprise systems.
- Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist with automation initiatives using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to streamline procurement workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on purchasing systems and processes.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to procurement system upgrades, integration, and process optimization.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.Functional knowledge of purchasing processes including Pharmacy procurement, General purchases, and Capex purchasing.Experience in defining system requirements and working with IT teams for system implementations.Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting.Familiarity with automation technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
