Our mandate includes sourcing high-quality acquisition opportunities, developing industry roll-up theses in MedTech, and executing complex cross-border transactions for clients across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
To support our expanding MedTech and medical device pipeline, we are seeking a highly capable Investment Banking Analyst to join our India team and work directly with senior U.S. bankers.
Position Summary
The Analyst will be responsible for supporting live MedTech M&A transactions, orthopedic and device-sector research, financial modeling, target screening, and investor presentations. The role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional work ethic, and prior exposure to professional M&A or corporate finance environments.
This position operates on U.S. Pacific Time (PST) to align with our U.S.-based deal teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed industry research across orthopedic implants, spine devices, surgical tools, medical imaging, DME, and high-growth MedTech subsectors
- Perform market mapping, competitive analysis, and benchmarking for medical device manufacturers
- Build and maintain institutional-grade financial models, including DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, and operating forecasts
- Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, valuation materials, and investment memoranda
- Support all phases of M&A execution, including due diligence, target sourcing, transaction analytics, and data room coordination
- Identify, evaluate, and track acquisition targets in the MedTech and medical device ecosystem
- Produce strategic briefs, valuation summaries, and insights for senior management
- Contribute to the development of roll-up strategies in orthopedics, spine, and broader MedTech verticals
Qualifications
