Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manual Designer located in Agra. The Manual Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating detailed jewelry designs by hand, translating client requirements into unique pieces. The designer will work closely with gemologists and craftsmen to ensure the designs are feasible and meet quality standards. Daily tasks will include sketching, developing design concepts, and refining designs based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent sketching and drawing skills
• Ability to conceptualize and design intricate jewelry
• Experience working with colored stones and understanding of gemology
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to collaborate with a team and communicate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in jewelry design is highly desirable
