Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation & Data Mining Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, collecting, and qualifying potential leads, with a focus on decision-makers such as , CEOs, CFOs, and General Managers and HR Manager. You will utilize advanced sales tools and data mining techniques to support our sales pipeline and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Profile Data Mining & Lead Identification :
 - Use a variety of resources (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites, databases) to find detailed profiles of key decision-makers in target companies, such as CEOs, CFOs, and General Managers HR Manager
 - Collect accurate contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
 - Lead Generation & Funnel Management :
 - Build and manage a lead funnel by identifying high-quality leads from various sources.
 - Effectively manage leads through different stages of the sales funnel to ensure they are nurtured and followed up on appropriately.
 - Sales Tools Proficiency :
 - Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Easy Leadz , Loosa , Apollo , and other lead generation tools to identify and reach out to potential leads.
 - Lead Generation Metrics & Reporting :
 - Generate a specified number of leads per day, with a focus on quality over quantity.
 - Meet monthly lead conversion (closure) targets and provide regular updates on lead generation activities.
 - Report on lead sources and performance to the sales team.
 - Industry Knowledge :
 - Have a solid understanding of ERP Software companies and the market landscape to help identify the most relevant prospects.
 - Stay updated on the latest industry trends to ensure successful lead generation efforts.
 - Collaboration & Communication :
 - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead qualification criteria and sales strategies.
 - Communicate with decision-makers through personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach methods.
 
Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :2-3 years of experience in profile data mining and lead generation, preferably in a product-based company.Sales Tools Expertise :Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Easy Leadz , Loosa , Apollo , or similar sales tools.Lead Funnel Knowledge :Strong understanding of lead funnel management, including the ability to qualify and nurture leads from the top of the funnel to closure.ERP Software Industry Knowledge :Familiarity with ERP Software companies and their decision-making processes.Target-Oriented :Demonstrated ability to meet lead generation targets, including daily lead numbers and monthly closures.Communication Skills :Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to approach decision-makers in a professional and engaging manner.Self-Motivated & Results-Driven :Strong work ethic and self-motivated to achieve individual and team goals.Desired Attributes :
