Position : HCM Functional Consultant

Experience : 12+ years

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Noida

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days only.

Requirement : Principal Consultant

Job Description : Mandatory Skills :

Minimum 12 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion / E-Business HCM Modules.

Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules -

CORE HR

Absences

ESS & MSS

Good to have the knowledge on below modules-

Fusion Time and Labor

Fusion Compensation and Benefits

Should be able to write Fast formulas

Should have good communication and presentation skills

Must have good understanding of AIM / OUM processes / phases and documentation.

Qualification :

BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain.

Level of Experience :

Minimum 12 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Other Skills (If Any).
