Job Description

The position of an Account Manager is a pivotal role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing one or more client accounts and will function as the direct point of contact for clients.

This position works under close supervision and must be comfortable coordinating with various internal teams. The Account Manager must be able to handle high-stress situations and manage client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management : Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Act as the liaison between the client and departments within the Agency, ensure the brief is SPOT ON, put together the client presentation and execute overall project deliverables as per timelines.
• Project Management : Oversee briefing, project management, budget controls, and project traffic management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Account Development : Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain a favourable relationship with clients.
