Job descriptionCompleted general or specialized secondary (college) technical education or higher aviation technical education (university / institute) or military education, confirmed by diploma or certificate. Experience of more than 5 years in aircraft maintenance of a similar category. Excellent knowledge of English and Russian is basic. Language skills must meet the following requirements : Be able to read and understand instructions and manuals on technical operation, maintenance and repair; Availability of B1 / B2 license (category B1 / B2 Boeing767-300 with engine CF6-80C / PW4000, A320 family with engine V2500 / CFM56 / LEAP-1A). Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to operate aircraft and power tools, computers, diagnostic equipment and x-ray machines. Flexibility to work long hours. My Freighter is growing fast and expanding its footprint across strategic international markets. We’re looking for an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a strong technical background in aviation and a deep understanding of maintenance operations for modern commercial fleets.
Responsibilities :
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance including inspections, repairs and modifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems, engines, avionics and components.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance by manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including detailed reports and log entries.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, safety standards and company policies.
- Update and maintain technical manuals, service bulletins and regulatory documentation.
- Perform quality inspections and testing of aircraft systems and components to ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Monitor that all maintenance work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Participate in initiatives to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
