Job Description

1. Responsible for overall manufacturing operations & assembly lines of Fabric Manufacturing.

2. Responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, and maintenance.

3. Collaborate with Senior Management on strategic plans.

4. Implement new technologies to improve plant efficiency and product quality such as Kaizen , TQM, Six Sigma etc.

5. Conduct performance reviews and adjust to meet production targets.

6. Prepare and manage the plants budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with goals.

7. Monitor and control operational expenses.

8. 9. Ensure timely product despatch and OTD to maintain.

10. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.

11. Manage SCM Operations, including inventory management, supply chain optimization, and logistics coordination.

12. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives through effective communication and collaboration.

13. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

14. Maintaining MIS Reports.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E in Textile / Textile Chemistry with Min 20+ years of experience into production line ( Prefer from Fabrics Finishing , nonwoven excluding Weaving ) . With 10+ years as Plant / Operations Head in manufacturing industry

Work Experience

Strong understanding of PPC (Production Planning & Control), Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, SCM. Candidates having experience in Textile Manufacturing will be given preference. Candidates should have experience on ERP Implementation and Deployment and Strong and proven leadership skills.
