Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling industrial laminates across various sectors including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of industrial products and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing.
  • Promote and sell industrial laminates to existing and prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track market trends, analyze competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in laminates, insulation materials, or engineering goods.
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen related to industrial laminates and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
