We work at the intersection of technology, business processes, and customer success.About the Internship ProgramThis is a 3-month training + evaluation internship designed for individuals interested in building a career in software implementation. This is a hybrid role that blends business analysis with technical configuration.You will be trained in : Core modules of Freshworks products (Freshdesk, Freshservice, etc.)Understanding client requirements and business workflowsConfiguring and customizing Freshworks toolsBasics of ITSM / CRM, automation, and third-party integrationsHands-on workshops, shadowing of implementation engineersUnderstanding of how businesses work and functionStipend will be provided for the course of 3 months.Evaluation CriteriaInterns will be continuously assessed on : Conceptual understanding (via assignments and assessments)Communication skills (written & verbal)Willingness and ability to learn quicklyActive participation in workshopsOwnership and problem-solving mindsetOutcomeInterns who demonstrate consistent performance and cultural alignment will be considered for full-time conversion as Implementation Engineers at Hectae Analytics.Post-confirmation, you will be part of our client-facing implementation team, handling real-world customizations and project rollouts.Who Can ApplyGraduates / final-year students in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldsStrong interest in SaaS, product configuration, and client-facing rolesWilling to work from office full-time in Chennai 5 days a week
