Position : US IT Technical Recruiter
Location : Indore (M.P.) (Onsite Only)
Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Technical Recruiter (Not HR) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified legal professionals, and building strong client and candidate relationships.
This is an onsite position in Indore and requires hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for legal or intellectual property (IP) positions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source and identify top talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Work closely with legal / law firm clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure strong professional partnerships.
Requirements :
