Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Forms, and CRM dashboards. Positive, problem-solving attitude — someone who loves helping others succeed. We’re looking for someone who can make every onboarding feel personal, structured, and effortless.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete onboarding journey for startups, mentors, and event participants.
- Coordinate form submissions, documentation, and approvals with precision.
- Communicate onboarding steps clearly via email, WhatsApp, or calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from outreach to participation.
- Track onboarding metrics and maintain updated databases of registered startups and leaders.
- Identify and fix friction points in the onboarding process.
- Assist during events to ensure all participants are guided and supported.
