Experience : 10–18 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Mandatory Skills

  • Project Management (End-to-End SAP Implementation & Upgrade Projects)
  • Strong SAP knowledge (ERP, S / 4HANA, and related modules)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation and upgrade projects. The role involves complete ownership of planning, execution, risk management, and delivery, ensuring quality standards and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning – Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and end-users.
  • Stakeholder Management – Maintain clear communication with sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
  • Risk & Issue Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Quality Assurance – Ensure project deliverables meet agreed business and technical standards.
  • SAP Implementation Oversight – Supervise configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

    • Requirements

  • SAP Expertise : Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, S / 4HANA, and associated solutions.
  • Project Management Experience : Proven track record in delivering SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to motivate, guide, and manage diverse teams.
  • Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Preferred Background : Experience working as an SAP technical developer (e.g., ABAP) before moving into project management.
  • Certifications : PMP, SAP ABAP, or other relevant SAP certifications (preferred).

    • Nice to Have

  • Industry Experience : Manufacturing, finance, or other domain-specific exposure.
  • Agile Methodologies : Knowledge of agile delivery frameworks.
  • Cloud SAP Solutions : Experience in cloud-based SAP deployments.
