🚀 Full-Stack Developer (L2) — Bearish OS

Full-Time

  • Fully Remote
  • High-Speed Environment

L2 salary bracket for this position is 30,000-50,000 INR

This role is for you if you :

  • Are a full-stack engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience building fast, scalable, and production-grade applications.
  • Obsess over clean frontend architecture and efficient backend logic .
  • Have an eye for detail but a bias for speed — you write elegant code fast .
  • Leverage AI to accelerate your workflow (Copilot, GPT-4, etc.) without cutting corners.
  • Write tests, refactor intelligently, and ship features without babysitting.
  • Thrive in async teams, hate red tape, and want ownership .

    We’re flexible, but here’s what we work with daily :

  • Frontend : NextJS & React (with Tailwind), TypeScript,
  • Backend : Nest.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ, Web Sockets
  • Dev Tools : GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, PostHog, GPT, Mixtral, Claude
  • AI : You’re expected to use AI tools to develop faster and better. No exception.

    • What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build full-stack features across Bearish OS (Chat, Video, HR, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
  • Rapidly iterate on frontend UI with pixel-perfect components.
  • Write clean backend APIs, database queries, and job queues with strong error handling.
  • Collaborate with founders, designers, and other engineers — and actually own what you build.
  • Push features that impact thousands of enterprise users globally .
