Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for multiple brands. The role demands strong creativity, analytical skills, trend awareness, and the ability to lead campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars, campaign ideas, and content directions.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimize content, and share weekly / monthly reports.
  • Manage social media pages across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, , Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features.
  • Handle community management : responding to comments, DMs, and fostering brand engagement.
  • Assist in brainstorming campaigns, content themes, and brand storytelling.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid strategies.
  • Analyze competitor activities and generate insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content formats.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Basic understanding of design aesthetics and video content planning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration handling is a plus.
